Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of AccountLane, provided by Kamo IT Juku LLC (“Company”).

1. Application

These Terms define the conditions under which AccountLane (“Service”) is provided and the relationship between users and the Company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

The Service is a desktop application that lets users switch between multiple web accounts in independent sessions. Login information, cookies, and related session data are stored on the user’s device and are not handled by the Company’s servers. The handling of user information in connection with the Service is governed by the Privacy Policy.

3. Plans and fees

• The Free plan is limited to five accounts.
• The monthly or annual Pro subscription removes the account limit.
• One Pro license may be used on up to five devices at the same time. When the limit is reached, a user may remove an unused device from “Active devices” in the app.
• Prices and billing schedules are shown on the pricing page and in the legally required commercial disclosure.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel Pro at any time. Cancellation stops billing from the next renewal date. Because the Service is digital, payments already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service in violation of applicable law or the terms of any social network or web service. You are responsible for complying with the rules of every service you access.

6. Disclaimer

Social networks and other web services accessed through the Service (“Third-Party Services”) are operated by their respective providers. Changes to login or authentication methods, security policies, or other specifications, as well as suspension of service or access restrictions, may prevent users from signing in or using some or all features through the Service.

The Company does not guarantee permanent compatibility with, or uninterrupted access to, any Third-Party Service. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for unavailability or damage caused by changes to Third-Party Services or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

The Service is provided in its condition at the time of delivery. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be free of defects, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

7. Changes

The Company may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced on this website or through another appropriate channel.
